Welcome to MeraTune, owned and operated by BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the MeraTune mobile application on Google Play or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP provides personalized AI ringtone experiences through the MeraTune mobile app. Core paid access is offered on a subscription basis. This website publishes company information and policies required for users, partners, payment partners, and store compliance.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and, if you are under the age of majority, have permission from a parent or guardian where required. You confirm that any payment method you use is authorized.

3. Account & acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration and contact information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or disrupt operations
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content
• Comply with Google Play policies and applicable laws while using the app

4. Subscription model & eMandate

MeraTune is a subscription-based service. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• eMandate setup: ₹9 is charged to set up and authorize eMandate (auto-pay) on your payment method (when billing is handled outside or alongside Google Play Billing, as applicable).
• Monthly subscription: From the second day, ₹299 is auto-debited as the monthly subscription fee. Thereafter, ₹299 renews every month unless you cancel.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Google Play subscriptions:If you subscribe through Google Play Billing, Google's payment terms also apply. Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Price changes: We may change prices with notice where required. Continued use after a change may constitute acceptance unless you cancel.
• Failed payments: We may retry billing and/or suspend premium access until payment succeeds.

5. How to cancel a subscription

Cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges. You may cancel via in-app settings, Google Play subscription management (for Play-billed plans), or by contacting support@meratune.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or store policy.

6. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your MeraTune account and associated data at any time via our web resource: Delete Account, or through in-app settings where available. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an active Google Play subscription or eMandate — cancel billing separately as described above.

7. License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MeraTune for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, as permitted by Google Play.

8. Intellectual property

The MeraTune name, logo, branding, app design, audio experiences, and related materials are owned by BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The app may use Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Facebook Pixel, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, Google Play services, and payment partners. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every ringtone will match every preference. Features may change over time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP (operating MeraTune) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app, including billing handled by Google Play or payment providers, except where liability cannot be limited.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or Google Play policies, or if needed to protect the service or other users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your region require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
