Delete Account

This page lets you request deletion of your MeraTune app account and associated personal data from BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP, the operator of MeraTune. It is provided to comply with Google Play User Data / Account Deletion requirements and is available without installing or opening the app.

1. What deleting your account means

When we complete an account deletion request, we delete your MeraTune account and the personal data linked to that account (such as profile details, saved preferences, and app-linked identifiers), except where retention is required by law or for legitimate purposes described below.

Temporary deactivation, disabling, or "freezing" an account is not treated as account deletion.

2. How to request account deletion (web)

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

• Email us: Send a request to support@meratune.com with the subject line "MeraTune Account Deletion Request".
• Use the form below: It opens your email app with a pre-filled deletion request.

Please include:

• The phone number or email registered with MeraTune
• Any Google Play order / transaction ID (if you subscribed)
• A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted

3. In-app deletion path

If the app is still installed, you may also start deletion from inside MeraTune (for example under Profile / Settings → Delete Account), where available. The web request on this page remains available if you have uninstalled the app.

4. Processing timeline

• We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days.
• We aim to complete deletion of account and associated data within 30 days of verifying your request, unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.

5. Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate reasons, for example:

• Security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation
• Legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance (including payment records)
• Resolving disputes or enforcing our Terms & Conditions

Retained data is limited to what is reasonably needed and is not kept for ordinary app use after deletion. See also our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & Google Play billing

Deleting your MeraTune account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or an active eMandate / auto-pay arrangement. To stop future charges:

• Cancel any Google Play subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Or follow the steps in our Cancellation & Refund Policy
