It is intended to meet Google Play User Data policy expectations for a clear, accessible privacy disclosure.

1. Who we are

BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP is the legal entity that owns and operates MeraTune, a personalized AI ringtone application. References to MeraTune in this policy mean the app and related services provided by BHAKTILOK APPS MARKETPLACES LLP. 2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of data (aligned with typical Google Play Data safety disclosures):

• Account info: name, email address, phone number, or other details you provide when registering or contacting support.
• Personal identifiers / app activity: app interactions, ringtone previews, likes, downloads, feature usage, and in-app preferences (including names you enter to personalize ringtones).
• Device & other IDs: device type, OS version, advertising ID (where permitted), IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Purchase / subscription history: plan status, transaction references, eMandate / billing status, and related payment metadata. Full card or UPI credentials are processed by payment gateways or Google Play — we do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
• Analytics & advertising data: events, crash reports, campaign attribution, and device signals via the third parties listed below.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the MeraTune app
• Manage accounts, subscriptions, auto-pay / eMandate, renewals, and support
• Measure performance, crashes, and product usage
• Run marketing, attribution, and remarketing (where permitted by law and platform rules)
• Send service, security, and account-related communications
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Third-party services

We use third-party SDKs and services that may process data on our behalf:

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed outside your country where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, manage subscriptions, and meet legal/accounting obligations. When you delete your account, we delete associated personal data as described in our Delete Account page, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Account & data deletion

If you create an account in MeraTune, you can request deletion of your account and associated data:

• On the web (required by Google Play): visit Delete Account
• In the app: use Profile / Settings → Delete Account where available

Account freezing or deactivation alone is not treated as deletion. See the Delete Account page for steps, timelines, and any limited retention.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

MeraTune is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and you may manage certain analytics/ads permissions in device settings. Contact support@meratune.com.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
